Well our two days with a base model Freelander 2 auto are over and the Disco is back.
Its been at Duckworths having both EGR valves, front and rear ARB bushes and ball joints done, along with a few other bits including four wheel alignment.
The result is that its now a pleasure to drive, much more responsive. Feels firmer and the steering seems better too. I really missed the car in the two days with the Freelander.
Now just needs a good clean, which will be a job for one day next week and the spare wheel cover fitting which I have fitted with a silver DISCO3.CO.UK sticker!

Lee,
Did you collect it today around lunch time?
I was there at 11am and saw your car in one of the wash bays having a good old clean

Matt
I collected it about 3pm, left work early at 2pm to drive down to collect it.
Not really my idea of a good clean but I'll sort it next week.
