Too good to be true or worth a punt?

Not being a boffin or in the least electonically minded I though I'd seek the help of those best qualified to comment.

Is this worth a punt? Does the science stand up?

It makes sense but if it was the case, why doesn't a manufactorer fit it totheir engines?

Remember if it was that simple & cheap we'd all have done it! If it looks too good to be true it will be, and that's an expensive engine you are messing with. Right to ask but these snake oil chips appear from time to time. Be sceptical! Thumbs Up
