Good deal on Synchrones?
I have a contact that offered me a set of four (4) BRAND NEW Michelin Synchrones for $175 US per tire. I'll need a new set within a year so I'm thinking about buying these. For those of you that have them, is the difference that noticeable? You think this is a good deal? Thanks!16 D4 Landmark

......can't comment on the tyre cost as Europe based (at current exchange rate that is very cheap ).
However great tyres, I run them. The Latitude tyre is newer but the micheline website still suggests Synchrones for the D3.end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......

I couldn't get synchrones when I tried - all the places I asked said that they were unavailable. Very very pleased the the Latitudes though. John2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

I have the Synchrones and they are MUCH quieter than the stock GoodYear Wrangler HP. I think they also handle a bit better - they are quiet and grippy in the turns where Wranglers were screaming.
You may want to check out ebay - there are frequently sets of new take-off Range Rover 19" wheels with Synchrones for sale. I bought my set from "exclusivemotoring2005" for $950 delivered. He lists them at higher price but you can call and make an offer Nice guy and the wheels were shipped promptly and perfectly packaged.
