I'm contemplating the same move, but trying to justify the upgrade cost for very little visual change. I drove a '12 and it was great with a slick gearshift - though my 05 manual D3 does 99% of what it will fulfill - it does tip runs and moves trailers - plus if I have a long run it beats the >9mpg my F150 Raptor achieves, albeit with no sense of occasion - or any semblance of performance. Over 600 bhp helps! I guess the D3 stays for now.

I owned my D3 7 years & even though it was not the cheapest car I have ever owned to maintain, it was the longest I ever owned a car, but now it's as gone I can't wait for Saturday to come & pick up the D4 ,
