It's gone

Finally bit the bullet and now the resonator is gone.

Sounds like a v8 should now.

It's not that loud unless you can it.

On idle you can barely hear it, but it does burble just driving about. May be a bit loud unsure what your after.

On cruise control at 60 can't hear it. 05 V8 HSE Bonatti Grey

Sounds like just what I'm after Thumbs Up

Was a bit concerned it might be a bit loud when cruising I think. I didn't want ultra shouty but something more burbly than stock.

Thanks. The phone doesn't quiet sound right. It's more deep than loud, the phone doesn't pick up the depth.

So did you just cut out the resonator and have two sections of pipe put back in?

Will it pass MOT like that ?

Guy in our village has a Ford V8 Raptor truck, that sounds lovely 8)

Yes.

I can't see why it won't pass? It's still got both silencers and cats emissions should be the same and it's not that loud.
