Glowplugs change time?

I’ve been quoted £150 labour to change my glowplugs on me 2005 Disco 3.

Seems a long time labour wise considering they are handily located right on top of engine.

Anyone know how long it normally takes to replace all 6 glowplugs? Land Rover Discovery 3 HSE

Do a search on glowplugs, lots and lots of peeps have done it. Some no problems, some nightmare, and everything in between.

ISTR there was a post recently where someone in Cardiff found a specialist that did a very good job, will have a mooch.

I hadn't clocked the cost, just that it had worked. Plus didn't reassign the co was in London. Embarassed Embarassed

I’m tempted to try myself but many years ago I snapped on by over tightening it putting it in so don’t want to risk my heavy hands costing me this time Land Rover Discovery 3 HSE
