Thanks to both Geoff and Steve for today!
Not only did Geoff courier my bike rack to Southampton  but he:-
Serviced my car, oil & filters
Replaced both front lower arms
One rear upper arm
Updated the Bluetooth phone settings! Numbers on the screen and no more 2121 login
All parts (including the rear brake bulb noted on my departure!) supplied by Steve!
Not a cheap day, by any means- but for sure was good value.

Any bolts need cutting off??
Had to cut two when he did mine at Advanced Factors!

yes matt both front rear bolts cut out and one of the rears totally seized in 
and from memory it was both front and rear bolts on yours that needed cutting out 
ps paul the D3 should drive much better now

Yeap - you are right, it was both. Mine drives an awful lot better and sure gearbox flush helped as well. So good when you go over speed bumps without the rattle!
