At Peterborough, we met Geoff, and he was very kind to
help my brother with blanking his EGR.
As he did that, he also gave very good instructions
about how to do it.
So today my brother and I blanked my EGR's.
It took about one hour to do, and that included
making blankingplates.
Good on You Geoff, the car is much more responsive!!

Maybe next year at Peterbourough or Billings.

Hi all of I'm egr blocking do I need to take off butterfly on intake ? Or is it just a case of plates both sides that's it ?

General advice is remove the butterfly but keep the actuator in place.

You mean in the throttle body why I thought this was for less vibration when switching engine off
