I doubt you will find this.
The genuine Land Rover RAI is no longer available so it's probably a fair assumption to conclude you can no longer get the fitting kit either. 
Best option might be to use your own fastenings and fabricate anything else you need.  Mods:

Garmin Nuvi + D4 Surround + Reversing Camera.
D4 Steering Wheel.

Thought it would be a long shot, some companies appear to be doing pretty close looking replicas, may try and speak to one of them and try my luck! All seem to be oversea tho
