Gearbox undertray bolts and tow cover fixings
Hi,
Courtesy of some garage, my gearbox undertray was held on by just 2 bolts (different ones!) What is the best replacement? Looking at one the end of one the thread tapers off to make putting it in easier. I'm guessing it's a regular M6 thread but is there a name for the type of bolt? I guess stainless is the right way to go.
Also I recently got my first tow truck badge..... not bad for 4 years of ownership of an '06! However on reattaching the tow cover two of the fixings on one side don't hold. The actual spinny bolt parts look fine but I guess something is missing on the other side? What is this?
thanks,
Andy
