Gearbox flushed by Bodsy.
I had my both my 8 speed D4, along with a mates D3, gearboxes flushed by Bodsy.
Great service, done very professionaly, at reasonable cost.
The D3 was on over 120k miles, never flushed before and really needed it. Treacle came out, and it was quite satisfying to watch the clean new oil going in. The drive experience is transformed.
My D4 has been done before, at 72k. It’s now coming up to 100k, the oil that came out was darker than when it went in, but not too dirty. Driving it seems smoother, but not dramtic. More of a precautionary service than a desperately needed oil change.

8 Speed Flush
Hi Bodsy
I’m not to far from you and was looking for an 8 Sp flush at 47,000 miles to try and make sure all ok moving forwards
Have you managed to sort the work around over the thermostat to allow the oil from the cooler to be flushed please?
Could you please PM me with some costs if you are able to carry this out?

Just seen an ad for jgs 4x4 ltd in Kettering who will do a full megaflush for £260 the only bug bear being if have to drive to Kettering 3hrs for me. Will change filter & plug for another £160. Are these good prices ?? Bodsy what would you charge?
