GAP IID BT: Nice to have or Need to have (Disco 4 2012)

Hi guys,

I am really interested in the IID BT that Dan at Duckworth Parts has for sale, but £400+ is a lot to pay out if I don’t need it?

So, is it nice/need to have?

For info, this is our first Disco so I am not overly familiar with it’s faults or gremlins as it has only needed a new MAF sensor so far during 12 month of ownership.

Cheers,
Neil

It’s both nice and needed. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Plus they hold their money really well, easy to use, do almost everything except make the dinner and don’t terrify you. Plus backup second to none. What’s not to love? Thumbs Up

I would say nice to have and handy if you want to do upgrades.

If you plan to do lots of maintenance yourself, you need to have it i would say. If a garage will do all your repairs, then it's a nice to have only really. I haven't plugged mine in for about the last 6 months i reckon!
