Got this in an e-mail today.
Dear Sir/Madam,
It has come to Land Rover South Africa's attention that Discovery Series 3 and Range Rover Sport Owners have been using wheel alignment centres that do not comply with the correct procedures as set out by Land Rover South Africa.
We hereby request that you contact your preferred dealer to make a service booking should you require wheel alignment. The dealer will complete the necessary pre-checks on your vehicle and then outsource the alignment to their preferred agent who will complete the procedure and return the vehicle back to the dealer for final inspection. This is necessary to maintain your tyre's longevity and durability.
Land Rover South Africa will not be held liable or responsible for alignment concerns if the above recommendations have not been adhered to.
