Fuel Burning Heater
OK OK, I know the answers are probably on here somwhere BUT....
Should mine have come on, I am assuming I would know about it if it did. I had minus 3 this morning and nothing and I am begining to feel a little left out!
Is it the small ally coloured/steel "tin" about 6inch long and 4 inch wide shaped like an extra large tin of 3 in 1 at the front Near side of the engine bay with the inlet manifold at the top pointing towards the engine and exhausting down therough the engin bay and into the NSF wheel arch?
If so mine dont seem to do anything?
Any Ideas and it is the end of the world if it doesnt come on?
Help!

I wouldn't worry about it. I spent all last winter (in temps regularly down to -15c and as low as -20c) with it not working and everything was fine. The cynic in me says once it's failed (remember it is a LR and chances are it will fail) it's not worth paying a fortune for stealers to reset everything for it to work once before packing up again. There is life after the FBH, honest, and kids won't point at your car and laugh/cry coz they think it's on fire!!

FBH
Have just recieved my Faultmate FCR from BAS and my, what a piece of kit.........only ordered it yesterday and when I got home tonight it was there to play with. Cleared the error on the FBH which was cleared by LR 5 days ago. Fired up for 2 mins then stopped same error. Basically I had to repeat this about 5/6 times and now it is running sweet. Think of it as a car engine..........left all summer then coughs and splutters several times the first time it is used in winter. The difference is it locks out and wont retry..........unless of course you have a Faultmte.
Worth every penny...........excellent work from BBS.
