Frozen Radio

Hello all,

Anyone had this - filled up today after a 3 hour run listening to radio and ipod.

Jumped back in and the radio didnt produce any sounds and the cd wouldnt work.

Then turned the engine off at the next set of lights and restarted and some functions came back but no volume.

About the 3rd time in 2months now - v weird!

Any ideas???

Thumbs Up

Had this on mine, ended up getting a new radio under warranty. It appeared to be heat related. I know there was a software update for the radio a while back.

I did have the radio lock up after I got the replacement and BBS spy recommened checking the cable routing for the CAN bus, I moved them around and it fixed the problem.
