General Manager loved it to see it being used properly and parked out side his showroom - Service Manager said I had only brought it in to be cleaned Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Do they clean the underneath when it's at the dealers - mine is due for a service so I thought I might hold out on washing it before then (other than the paint work before the mud leaches the last remaining bits of green paint).

God I hate that front black plastic cover!!!

I have already lost one, and the dealer got me a new one. Its a bit of a pig to get back on, but vaseline on the catches does indeed help.

One tip, don't force the catches in, you will push the plastic receiver into the bumper and you will not get it out.

B****r Evil or Very Mad , did it again!

I have a cover that is no longer needed if anyone needs one. Even if I take the sump guard off I can't fit it anymore as part of fitting the guard involves cutting away the front mountings for the cover Shocked

Made a passing enquiry at the Dealers today about the Sump Guard (i.e. how much) and they couldn't find it as a LR accessory.

Oh well, just thought I might need it in winter when the lakes are frozen and harder to drive into Sad

They won't, more likely to find rockinghorse droppings on there at the mo. 8) The End
