Front and Rear Brakes Pads
I am struggling to find somewhere in Glasgow/Lanarkshire that can supply and fit front and rear brake pads to my wifes Discovery 4. The dealers wanted £500 when it was being serviced (90% wear), Kwik-fit etc, say they cant do the rears because of the electric hand brake. Any suggestions?Fuji White, Auto with Surround Camera

Front and rear pads are easy to change. You dont need to disturb the rear brake shoes or remove the disc to change the pads. I would do the job myself and get in and clean lube the handbrake shoes at the same time and adjust for clearance. If you leave the hb shoes for years they will play up and give problems. Dont fit cheap pads they dont stop well then.D4
