2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Arctic Frost

Front plastic undertray fasteners.

The plastic cover around the towing point.

Just noticed that two of them have either broken or fallen out - at a mere 5,500 km. Anyone else had the same issue.

Oh yes, they are a real pain.

The only tip I can give is to apply some vaseline to the fasteners when they are first removed to aid re-assembly. The plastic thingy's gets pushed up into the nether regions of the front bumper if you push to hard when refitting it.

Melbourne Land Rover had a look, scratched their heads and fitted another couple - all with a big smile - so full marks to them. Be nice to be sure that this is not going to be an ongoing annoyance though.

Had to have them done as heading back into the bush on Monday/Tuesday while not bush bashing hard like some people do did not want the cover dropping off unnoticed somewhere in whap whap.
