Front foglights

Giving my D4 a wash the other day I noticed the passenger side foglight looks to be seated incorrectly in the front bumper surround when compared to the drivers side. It's not loose but is for want of a better word "wonky". Has anyone else noticed this or is it possibly seated like this on purpose so as not to dazzle drivers coming the other way?
