Whilst trying to negotiate a particularly tight gateway last night, I managed to scrape the corner of the plastic bumper on my beloved D3 5-seat (540 miles only, and not a single sign of a problem!). The black part of the bumper on the nearside corner is a bit scratched - anyone know if this black section can be replaced without having to buy a whole new bumper ?? Approximate cost ?
Not sure if I'll get it done yet in any case, as I'll probably only do it again! Arctic Frost TDV6 5-seat

Its all one piece I'm afraid. I scraped mine underneath, and thought about changing the bumper, but I'll bet it costs a fortune.
I keep looking on ebay, as parts come along occasionally. If I come across an Arctic Frost example, I will let you know.

Try Chipsaway, depending on the skill of your local guy they can do great plastic repairs, not cheap but nowhere near as bad as a new bumper. Zermatt silver 06 reg.

Keep it! Just one more battle scar. My wife put a most glorious group of valleys in the lower black portion of the front bumper. I'll be usign this as an excuse for both front and rear steel bmpers in the future!

Thanks Guys!
I think I'll probably leave it alone for the time being, but in the long run I might get it sorted.
I might find chips away and give them a ring!
Thanks a lot! Arctic Frost TDV6 5-seat
