Rather than being warped in the normal way, they are, for sake of simplicity of explanation, thinner in some places than others.
Look carefully at the surface and you usually see a difference in some places, hot spots, making the surface harder and softer in others.

If the discs where not equal thickness it would be felt in the peddle when braking, it could be caused by the discs glazing in one spot, this may be caused by parking with the brakes on after a hard session of braking when the disks are very hot, the heat cannot escape as quickly when the pads are in contact with the discs and is a known factor in discs warping. It can when others can't,

I have similar.
I've always put it down to the car changing down on the auto box as I slow down.

Is it worth checking to see if there is any oil contamination in the pipe work for the vac pump, as was the issue with many D3's, just a thought MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
