Found this whilst swapping the vents
Took the original side vents out this afternoon to swap for black ones and found this:
It's definitely not cocaine stuffed in there. Sound insulation? Seems strange to have it bagged as there is condensation in it? That was on the drivers side.
On the nearside I took the vent off and this fell out but I can't tell where it is supposed to go?

Found the same "drug dealer" bags stashed in both sides of my D4.
But I saw no such clip................... curious "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"

The bag is there (or in the arch at least) on all models. No idea what it is for
The clip is for the headlamp wiring to clip into, to prevent any chaffage of wires on the inner wing edges My D3 Build Thread

Mikey I had the vent off again this afternoon with a view to re-attaching the clip but I can't see any wiring in the area around where the vent fits. I shoved my hand in pretty far and had a good rummage but found no wiring. Any chance you can direct as to where this clip needs fitting? Cheers MY15 D4 SDV6 HSE Corris Grey - Gone
