I can't seem to post anything unless I am a moderator but here goes with problems on my 54 plate HSE TD.
Nearside foot wells full of water, dealer cannot decide wether it is a seal or the aircon condensate drain.
Next one I would like to know if it effects others,
when it is a cold day and the heating comes on, the air temp coming out the vents is 31 degrees from footwell, 24 front dash and 19 onto window, I bet this is a comman fault on all can people let me know.
Please can you please post.
Thanks Neil

I am sure that Martin will move this to Technical, but whilst awaiting his Godlike intervention, here are a couple of ideas:
The soggy footwell may also be caused by either the sunroof drain tube not routed properly (through the wing or wheel arch) or maybe the plenum chamber panel may not be securely clipped, allowing water to pass through the air inlet, and collecting in the pollen filter. In addition, water coule be getting through the lower slot in the body A-pillar.
You clearly have a reasonably early vehicle, although only the VIN can help identify properly. There were issues with some vehicles and the HEVAC mappings. Your dealer's diagnostic software (Version 11 currently) should be able to update the HEVAC ECU, which should sort that little issue out for you. If it doesn't, then there may be a mechanical fault with the airflow distribution, but would suggest you try the former first.
