Flat battery has made warning lights come on.

I tried starting my 2005 Discovery 3 2.7 tdv6 with a flat battery.
When I turned the key the battery was too flat to crank the engine, but enough to make warning lights flash.
I fitted a good battery and it now starts the engine.
I have got lots of fault codes and warning lights on:

yellow triangle
yellow exclamation mark
Yellow Low range light flashing
Apply handbrake warning
Constant beeping noise until handbrake applied
Transmission fault warning when put into drive, and when put in Park the EPB applies itself.
Engine fault message
Suspension low message
Here are the fault codes:

I am sure I had the engine fault codes before the flat battery, but not the others on the list.
I have cleared all the faults several times but nothing has changed.
I also disconnected the battery and clamped the battery terminals together for about 10 minutes.
Any help gratefully received John (now in NZ).

I think it is OK now:
I fitted another good battery
Cleaned all the battery terminals and connections in the battery tray TCU unit etc.
Previously I had been trying to clear the faults with the engine running to no avail.
With the different battery I connected the IID Tool only with the ignition on (engine not running).
The first time I tried to clear the fault codes there was no change, the second time I tried it cleared the faults.
Hopefully they will still be cleared tomorrow!

This is the total fault list now, I need to change the turbo and the MAF sensor next.
Does anyone know what the unknown-00 (2d) codes mean ?
