Flashing Hazard Warning lights

2006 Metropolis - 120,000 miles

Today my hazard lights turned themselves on whilst the vehile was locked and stationary on my drive.

The alarm was not going off and after about 10 flashes the Hazards turned themselves off again.

After about a minute the hazards started flashing again... Shocked

Do I have a Poltergeist with a craving for vehicles or is there an explanation.

The temperature was minus 3 according to the dash and there were no info alerts on the display.

Any help appreciated.

It could be its telling you it wants you to give it a cuddle or a good rub over? Or it could be telling you it wants you to spend a bit of money on it? I rather fancy its the latter!!!! Big Cry

Hi G Man,
If the D3 is mainly doing short runs, the battery may not be getting enough time to fully recharge. The solutions are:
1. Put the battery on a trickle charger, overnight, or
2. Take it for a nice, long run (40 mins absolute minimum).
