Fitting LED to front coutesy
Hi all ..... Help !
I am trying to fit an LED module in to the centre front courtesy light, I removed the bulb ok but when pushing the new fitting in I have pushed the receptacle back behind the reflector I have tried to hook it back out with a bent paper clip but cannot locate it
Is it possible remove the reflector to again access to the fitting ?Peter

If you put your fingers on the front of the whole unit and pull back and down at the same time it will just pop out Cheers Ian

Thanks for your help outofyorkshire and Hairy Dan, I would have never guessed (or had the nerve it needs quite a tug !) how to remove the whole unit
Job done
I would not have been able to "fish" the receptacle out with a paper clip as its a stand alone part not attached to a wire as I thought ! It locks into place with a 90 deg turn. I think I unlocked it removing the bulb thinking it was a bayonet type fitting when it fact its a push fit.Peter
Most trim panels need a good old tug to get em free Cheers Ian

If it's any consolation Pete, I did exactly the same and asked the same question. I must admit that I felt a bit daft (nay, a lot) when I found how easy it was to remove the light unit. Great this forum isn't it?
