I know Carrs has got a bit of -ve feedback recently, so here's a little bit of credit, where credit's due:
After they made a mistake on my order and ordered the wrong colour inside, they ordered again and I'm now waiting for a second time.
They knew that I wanted to use my new car for Beaulieu this weekend gone, so they lent me their 1,440 mile old HSE Lux demo for the last 5 days. I've just given it back with an extra 600 miles on it....
Anyway, on Sunday evening, I checked that infamous piece of trim (where sump guard / bash plate should be). Naturally, it was hanging off a bit, so I clicked it back into position. I checked it when I got home to find..... it wasn't even there anymore! 
I confessed to this and their reply? "Yes, they are causing a bit of bother at the moment; don't worry about it!" Considering that their insurance policy has a £500 excess, they could have been a lot less understanding than that. They didn't even check the car over, they just took it on trust that there was no other damage  2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

I still got £765 worth of extras, they've had to stand by the trade in valuation for a further 2-3 months (and at least another 5,000 miles, during which there are zero expenses other than diesel) and they've got landed with £50,000 worth of stock that they hadn't planned on. And, as a direct result of having the car for 5 days, I've worked out that the rear screens and TV are absolutely no use to us, while the active lights were brilliant and I've added those to my order!
All in all, it's not so bad  2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
