FBH Locks Out with Temperature Sensor Short Circuit

Our FBH keeps locking out. A friendly forum member unlocked it for me but it locked back up, so I purchased the diagnostic loom and used the WTT software to clear the codes and got it running again, but it locked back up after a few days. The same set of fault codes have shown each time;

Temperature Sensor Short Circuit (Code 14h)
Heating Unit Overheated (Code 06h)
Heating Unit Interlocked (07h)

So can someone point me in the right direction here? Is the Temperature Sensor referred to part of the FBH or is it a part of the coolant system, and can anyone provide a part number?

Thanks in advance.

Workshop manual here: http://www.disco3.co.uk/gallery/albums/use..._Top_V.pdf

There's sections in there that deal with the sensor.

Sorry for the brief reply.. in between meetings Big Cry
