FBH and heating blowers
Hi
54 plate D3 if my FBH is locked out will it affect the blowers as mine won,t fire up straight away they can take up to 5 mins to start on a cold morning then they are fine if so will a FBH controller help if so where is the best place to purchase one.

If you get a FBH controller you can set it to come on 30 minutes before you leave the house so the engine will be warm the second you get in there.
Search on this site for Altox, they are great units. Beanie & Bodsy on here both sell and fit them.

Basically the heater fans wont do their work until they have a supply of hot water to work with, so you either need to preheat the engine or buy some thermal undies.
Or you can put the system into manual thus overiding the auto side of things.
Sadly every climate system is like this, apparently the D4 is even worse!
