So to use the Altox unit you have to have the websdto test software to clear faults? Sounds effing useless!
Not at all, like some other controllers the Altox has the ability to read and clear faults related to the FB.
Your comment is out of order and based on little knowledge it seems. It's a unit to force the heater to run either direct on a D3 or via the LR timed climate software on a D4, not marketed as a diagnostic tool
The controller is not a substitute for full diagnostic equipment, neither should it be thought of as such , it there are more in depth faults, then it will need a more comprehensive toolAltox GSM FBH controller thread

It's alive!
Used the Webasto software to clear the faults and then fire up the heater.
I can now fire it up using the Altox app as well.
greg with the greatest respect i think jdhx is commenting on the above of which i found strange so no need to jump down ppls neck a simple explanation would suffice
Geoff, that's the screen shot of the status screen on the Altox, I understand the OP used the webasto software to unlock his FBH, as I said it's not a full diagnostic tool, but has the ability to read and clear faults via the diagnostic screen.

Oops what have I started!
I did clear the original no start faults with the altox, but for whatever reason it got to a point where the faults would no longer clear (possibly because I'd messed around with starting it without success so many times!)
