This has happened twice now, unlocked the car jumped in immobilizer still on, had to press key fob again to turn immobilizer off. I did wonder about the battery but it unlockes the car from a good distance away, holdes it charge for days so seems to be ok. Do they have the immolizer coil around the ignition key like on older models ??

Yes waited till after the bong and self checkes had cleared, always do. Its only done it twice probably nothing wrong. Just wondered if anyone else had, had there D3 do this..
