I’m using an Altox module to provide remote operation for the FBH in my 65 plate D4HSE Lux.
I used it this morning to start the heater for 30 mins but jumped in the car after 25mins and got on my way.
All was OK, the heater and fans were running.
About 5 mins into the journey, roughly when the Altox would have turned the FBH off(probably a coincidence) I had a text message which I obviously didn’t look at until I got to work.
The message was from the car.
Error!
The heater does not start

Fault code 24
I’ll look at the website in a minute, but would appreciate any comments from those that have seen this before.
I’ve used the Altox a few times now in exactly the same situation but not had the message.

That's interesting, fault code 24 says "Car is almost out of fuel".
It's got 1/4 of a tank which seams a bit too much to not start the heater.
I must say that once again the Altox site is a breeze to use.

I tend to get low fuel or low battery codes off the altox if I start the car before the timed period ends. Just ignore them now tbh D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo
