Dropped the car in for a diff repair yesterday afternoon
Took out a Warranty Wise policy for 2 years 18 months ago @£750 for 24 mths (platinum level £5k claim limit)
Superb customer service from Farnells with a test drive with a Tech who agreed after 20 seconds it was a diff bearing. Smiling as I drove away in a 15 plate Jaguar XFR estate Sport as a courtesy car. (just a bit better than the ford focus I got last year!)
9am next day - phone call from the super efficient Natalie saying its all done and come and get it
Picked up after full valet, no charge to me and Warranty Wise settling directly in full with Farnells without a peep of hesitation 
Great to experience impeccable service from both dealer and warranty company
Well done  ....................................................................................................
If my wife ever sells my stuff for what she thinks I paid for them, you lot are gonna get some bargains!
