Extra Head Rest padding....

My drivers seat is almost as comfy as I want it, I just find the head rest is a bit too far back to really be able to nestle into my seat and rest my head back....

Does anyone know of any products (Land Rover or otherwise) that fix to the existing set up to bolster the head rests?
