Exhaust transfer pipe

The flexible exhaust transfer pipe on my Discovery has fractured over the clutch housing. How is the best way to replace it , does it unbolt from either side and slide over the top of the clutch housing or does the bell housing have to come off?

Apparently, it can be done without removing the g/box. Would like to see it done that way though Shocked My D3 Build Thread
