That was part of the pic that someone else did - basically can't see the point in blanking out reg's when you are posting pics yourself - I have nowt to hide and can't see what can be gained from my reg - unless you know betterWish I had a D3, but at least I now have a Landie - YIPEE

I have got these for sale. They cost lots (£240 ) I was duped into thinking they were a complete rear end sport exhaust system Hey Ho thats another story
Anyway they are S/S and very well made. I will never get round to fitting them so start bidding

In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
I fancied some tail pipes as well, rather than a sports system. In fact I spoke to a number of exhaust guys at Autosports. One manufacture – I think it was Powerflow, had a rectangular tail trim approx 2†high by 6†wide in old money.
By having the inlet off set to one side this would overcome the Disco 3 problem with the exhaust at the extremities of the cars width, which IMHO make the current tail trims look a bit naff.
When fitted this would give the impression of the exhaust being more inboard.
These guys reckoned about £60 per side in polished stainless

Hi Jowett 110,
How did you attach them? I'm assuming you cut off the ground facing ends to the factory exhaust? Did you have to swan neck your extension? I like the idea of a rectangular tip, I think I can formulate a solution with that idea?
Thanks for the info all.

I thought I read somewhere that diesel exhaust pipes must face downwards beacuse of all the crap they chuck
out.... Anyone else think this, or have I had one to many rum & cokes again! Off Roading is OK.... But I'd rather be Boating!
