It's GAP Insurance, generally available cheaper that what the dealers offer it at if you shop around The End

Privacy glass will get through the ADR to import for Oz but some states have tougher rules for tinting. I guess LR wanted to avoid this: http://www.drive.com.au/Editorial/ArticleD...7&vf=1 I would be severely off if they knocked mine back. Importer should replace FOC.

Price protection is if you order a car now and it will be delivered several months later and there is a rise in the MRRP then the increase will not affect you
GAP is just that it settles the difference between the actual value & your finance agreement in the event of a total loss. GAP VRI is the same but for cars with no finance
