Error retrieving album data
Album or is it just an unhelpful error code to tell me it is full up or something?
I can select images but it errors out on 100% upload with the error in the subject heading.
Any help appreciated chaps MY15 DIY Black Pack (Better than factory and half the price!)

I've had similar issues recently. If I reduce the number of photos done at once it is ok again. The problem is intermittent too as my uploads yesterday were just fine.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

If you are trying to use the "Upload file" facility,in my experience it will only let you upload 3 at a time max (out of a potential 5)....more than 3 produces an error,or leaves you hanging... The inline upload on the forum connects back to the gallery to do what it needs to do. It can fail for any number of reasons: gallery full, upload timed out, upload interrupted, gallery database failure, gallery cookie failure, gallery just plain bolshy, my pony coding etc.
Although I tested what I could, and tried to get feedback as much as possible, it's still possible for any of the above or anything else to throw an error.
That error you've got dubbs means that the inline upload form has failed to get back from the gallery the information regarding what it has uploaded - it can't then go on to tell the gallery to put them in the right place for you.
The answer is not Photobucket which fills the site with unnecessary links and up the mobile site layout. Allegedly
The error messages are specific Rob, so if you are seeing an error, give me a chance and let me know so I can work out if there is a problem.
Remember it's not magic, it can't magic hundreds of MB of images onto the site without the bottleneck which is your upload speed.
I wrote the forum upload thing, so I can fix it or trace issues if needs be. Or can the whole thing.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

It used to work fine with 5 at a time, as it did yesterday. Going back a few months I had no problems at all.

When you resize them make sure they are 72dpi and are about 676 wide.. D3 HSE

Nothing at all has changed from a coding or server perspective to suddenly stop it working for multiple uploads. Perhaps you are just on a slower upload link to the site for some reason?06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Resizing is not required with the forum uploader, it sorts all that for you. Resizing down to a couple of thousand pixels wide isn't a bad plan though, reduces the upload time and server overhead to thumbnail.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Nothing apparently wrong with the upload speed. When it works it zips along as normal and your server seems to accept my upload speed (around 18 MBits) with no bother at all.
Dropping to 4 at a time is no drama and the gallery is a great resource.
