Hi guys can anybody help?
Ive just collected my D3 from my dealer and they have not been able to get error code p0100 come up on there diagnostic, so no warranty work can be done.
but if I connect to Snap on diagnostic unit the error code is there, Ive cleared it many times but it still shows on the Snap unit, but not on landrovers own unit,
they have replaced the MAF sensor already under warranty but they will no do anything else because the error code is not visible on there system. but will carry out the repairs at my cost
can any body shed any ideas

I'd personally question how the "snap on " unit reads ecu's is it vehicle specific or generic? If generic i wouldn't be worrying as long as the same code didn't register on the LR IDS system!
What are the issues with the car? Do you know what p0100 refers too?

I think the snap-on reader isn't reading the code correctly (quite common for a 3rd party reader)
Have a look at this, which shows the codes in the range you mention, although there does not appear to a P0100 code

I wouldn't worry too much unless the car has symptoms that are giving concern Never get mad - get even !!

HI THERE I WOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT IT UNLESS YOU ARE GETTING WARNING LIGHTS ON THE CAR
THERE ARE ALWAYS LITTLE FAULTS THAT SHOW UP ON THESE CARS WHEN THE DIAGNOSTICS ARE PLUGED IN
I HAVE THE HAWKEYE BUT I HAVE HAD THE CAR PLUGED THE AUTO LOGIC IN THE PAST AND THERE WERE PLENTY OF FAULTS BUT IWAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE NOTHING JUST SILLY THINGS , SO IF YOUR DEALER CANT FIND A FAULT NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT HOPE THIS HELPS

Hi Stephenw46,
Any chance you can not use CAPS (generally considered in text, email and forums as shouting)
(unless of course you are lol)
And, yes . . . you're quite correct, the car will log lots of DTC's even when it's working quite happily, ("CAN BUS lost communication" is the most common one)
Cheers Never get mad - get even !!
