| EPB Switch Release Not Working |

Apologies if this has already been covered, but in my defence I have read about 1000 pages of stuff on the EPB and haven't found my fault.
Yesterday the EPB switch release stopped working. It goes on OK, but press the lever down and the light in the dash stays on.
The auto-release works fine, i.e. put it into drive and accelerate away - no problem, only seems to be the switch operation.
Other than that, no other issues with the EPB (as yet) - mind you I have only had it three months.
Any suggestions?
