EPB Question On A HSE
Please help I apologise if this has been covered before but I can not find any answers.
Am I going MAD but did my 2006 HSE automatic apply the EPB when I stopped and removed the key?
It is now not doing it but I am 150% shure that it used to apply the brake auotomatically. The service dept at my dealer could not tell me straight away if this is a fault, they now tell me that the EPB does not come on automatically.
HELP! am I MAD?

It comes on automatically when you remove the key if its a manual, but not on an auto

Good question that I think needs to be sorted. My 1st D3 was an 05MY HSE Auto and it applied the EPB when the key was removed. My next D3 07MY HSE Auto does not apply the EPB when the key is removed. Add your spec and answer the question. I'm sure that someone can come up with a better chart

I have had my Disco serviced recently and now it does not work so maybe its a software update, anyone else out there had the same?
Keep the tables coming and I will take it up with my dealer and LR
