Entering GPS Co-ordinates

I have a '57 HSE with premium navigation and I would like to make use of the GPS Co-ordinates listed in the ASCI campsite directory to get to campsites. They are in the format 0°32'41"E, 42°37'27"N

Can anyone explain what I need to do? Please excuse me if it blindingly obvious!
