I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Hi Guys;
My D3, when driving - specially with the driver's window opened, I can here a noise comming from underneath the car, but only when in gear and maintaining a constant speed, but not when accelerating or braking, and also there is no noise when in Neutral - stationary or coasting along the road. if feels like NoDosh description....
"...If it rises and falls with road speed it's more likely to be a diff or transfer box..."
It annoys the hell of me
How to be sure?
Thanks
