Hi all,
For the sake of other having the same issue... It seems I have solved my problem.
I removed the engine ECU or ECM.
I openned it. There was some oxydation on some of the circuits and electrical components. I cleaned the oxydation with brake cleaner.
Then, I removed all screws holding the boards in place. It seems these screws provide some sort of grounding to the circuit board. There was a lot of oxydation there also. I cleaned this oxydation and put the screws in place.
I used some engine silicone sealant to close the ECM and make sure it will stay dry.
Since then, I do not have any starting problem anymore. D3 TDV6 for holidays use,
D3 TDV6 7 seater (parts for sale)
RR L322 3.6 TDV8 : everyday car
Series 3 pickup : ongoing project (chassis corroded + leaks + paint)
