Electronic Switch on Passengers Seat wouldn't work

Can anyone please help me out with some instructions, video or guideline on how to fix the passengers seat on an LR3. None of the electrical nobs work. I cant move the chair forward, backward at all. I have searched loads of forums, youtube, etc. No leads at all.
