Ok. I went out this morning and reread the fault codes. I now have 9 codes. Most of them are related to communication errors with the Dynamic module. However one is C1A92 rear left wheel speed sensor. Marked as permanent . Why this didn't show yesterday I don't know. I cleared the codes and I'm back to the original 4.Also today she has come off the bump stops. Still have no working ride control, terrain and all the other disco lights(do you like what I did there ). I'm guessing the dodgy ABS sensor is enough to shut all this down?
Just to answer some of the above questions
Battery wasn't disconnected while I did the job (my bad) however neither was the car switched on.
I've tried disconnecting the battery, did nothing.

Check the abs sensor face is clean and the pins in the plug did you hang the calliper up as the weight can strain wires and pipesMetal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes, pads, callipers, flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)

So you've pumped up the suspension now and have all the lights and whistles BEFORE you try moving away?Mods:

Suspension came up when I had to move the car forward and back about 30 feet. I'd say its at access height. The ABS sensor was disconnected to try and stop the wire being pulled. However you have to remember we had to cut the bolt out of the top arm so it may well of still been damaged while we fartarsing around in the wheel well. Does anybody have any resistance values for testing a ABS sensor?
Ok first off you do not need to recalibrate any height sensors even if you had the ignition or battery connected, if same unit has been reconnected your good to go.
Secondly with the work you have done the geometry of all four wheels will be out, the car is smart enough to know the limits have changed on the wheel alignment so its throwing up the errors.
You need to get a full 4x wheel alignment done and this should get rid of the suspension errors.
You need to check that when you reconnected the ABS sensor plug that you did not bend a pin in the plug socket, its easy done on these small pins.
Also dont forget you need it in TTM mode for a wheel alignment.

I believe it is 950 to 1100 Ohm'syµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Cheers for the figures. I'm guessing a measured resistance of 0.4 ohms is a bit pants!

Stick multimeter on DC volts and see what its putting out as you spin the wheel, under one volt from memory, have to spin the wheel quite quickly and Im not sure if thats even possible on the D3?

Further update. First drive tonight. Geo is completely banjaxed! Ok for first couple hundred yards then I got the following codes
U0416
Invalid data received from dcm
5b00
Algorithm based failure
C416 system error
I'm pretty sure this is to do with the steering wheel angle as it is now !
Hopefully after tomorrow's 4 wheel alignment these will go. I can clear these 3 faults but they come straight back after driving

When driving straight is your 4x4 info showing wheels turned or is the steering wheel off centreMetal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
