Geoff
sorry to bother you,
but as an msv2 owner,
I'm trying to figure out how to
remap,blank and repatch my 2007 D3 tdv6 euro 4.
I can buy the bas remap on BBS site, the blanking mechanical kit by BAS as the patch,
but cannot understand how to load the patch on msv and load it to the ECU
would you be so kind to tell me step by step?
no prob if you cannot.
cheers figuring it out!!!!

Have had my blanking kit coming up for a year now and still haven't got round to doing it.
Might have to get Geoff to do mine, does it matter if it done before or after a re-map?

this patch is not now currently for general release only the few beta testers that have already arranged to have it.
a little story
2 years ago it was mentioned by pete on the forum that he could do a patch for the euro 4 engine if and when he got time in-between other jobs such as running his business and doing the shows.
patch was made but only for those that have a bas remap box and for testing. then after 6 hours pete had to ask martin to take the post down because it got to much his phone,pm box and emails went mad.
you will be able to apply the patch via your MSV2 in the very near future but you need to really get to grips with your PFFL
easiest way to get used to it is to apply the remap via your PFFL.
ps I'm sure pete will be along soon and explain more , sorry i can't be of more help

all of you are being very kind to me.
I really appreciate.
The only thing is that I don't know how to use the pffl,
I would need some step by step info to try at first...
cheers figuring it out!!!!
