EGR Valve blanking on a 2008 TDV6

Hi just looking for some clarification on the possibility of blanking the EGR valves on my 2008 TDV6. Ive just had the reght egr valve replaced under warranty (at 90,000 kms). If the valves are functioning can I just blank them off. Will this cause the Engine Management Light to come on
I know this horse has been beaten to death but the info on the other posts mostly relates to pre-06 models.
Thanks Confused

Welcome Thumbs Up
Short answer is no.
At least not until BAS or someone else has developed an engine re-map that removes the requirement for the sensor feedback that the EUIV engines need.

I'm as keen as you to get them blacnked, but alas not at the moment. Crying or Very sad
