EGR replacement

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to replace each EGR valve, assuming no seized bolts and a good mechanic?

Thanks Volvo XC60 - does all that the D4 should have done
Discovery HSE MY16 (good apart from the heating), now sold
Audi TT Roadster (wow)
MGB Roadster (owned since 1992)
Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE MY08
Saab 9-5 Aero 2002 (gone but not forgotten)

Norway 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Bonatti GreyDiscovery 3

I had never replaced one before, and used 2.5hrs on the right side valve.
