I guess one would have to remove both valves to test it right?

Pete,

I would be up for being a beta tester if the map can be applied via MSV2 as opposed to the BAS device.
I have had the EGR light come on and off quite a bit during the cold weather we had over Christmas.

Not too far from you either....

Out of interest, what happens when you come to service time as taking the new map off before you send it in will not be an option?

This is one of the reasons ive not rushed to finish what i started, most are under warranty and any ecu modifications needed would have to be standard again for dealer visits for warranty purposes so would make the whole thing pointless really if dealer visits were going to happen.

Ill post in here when ive got some more spare time to re start the job for willing beta testers, NOTE you must already have my BAS tuning interface so i can sent you test files etc etc.

The soloution will involve blanking in the normal way and ecu modification via tuning so warranty cars or dealer visiter cars are probabally not recommended to use the option when its available as it will be seen and the ecu modifications could be over writen,

I find it easier and heaper to use Wynns EGR cleaner
does the job have no isses with EGRs cleans inlet and turbo compression part as well according to manuf descr
